Effective pre-construction services and planning is the cornerstone of a successful construction project. Drafting Services at Discounted Rate

We are capable in assisting you with CAD systems starting from setting up your system through to drafting and design, from tender drawing to as build drawings, and everything else in between. We use Hi-tech drafting and design technology available in all fields of engineering. Our company is capable of completing all your design and drafting needs either at your office or at our own premises. Using the latest licenced CAD software, together with the qualified and competent expertise, we can give you a better service at a competitive price.
When it come to a development in an un-sewered area, Developers or individual landowners are responsible for engaging a suitably qualified soil science professional to undertake an assessment of the capability of the site, land and development proposal called Land Capability Assessment to sustainably contain and manage wastewater on their property. We provide sufficiently rigorous information to allow Council to be fully informed when assessing the report and considering issuing a Permit for the development. We work with Developers/Landowners to fulfill Council’s satisfaction by liaising with the relevant Council staff from the inception to the release of permit. We place our responsibility for the welfare, health and safety of the community and environment before our responsibility to sectional or private interests.
OSD Approvals at Discounted Rate
Changes in land use for urban development generally increase stormwater run-off. Building hard surfaces such as pavements, roofs and site drainage increase the volume and speed of stormwater run-off. They also reduce the capacity of stormwater to soak into the ground. As the capacity of existing stormwater drainage systems is limited, you may need to provide on-site stormwater detention (OSD) systems to ensure stormwater run-off doesn’t increase flooding downstream of your development.
On-site stormwater detention temporarily stores stormwater run-off. This means the run-off rate and volume can be controlled to ensure the receiving system is not overloaded. The required size of storage and rate of discharge vary depending on the location, size and subsequent impact of your development. We have well competent professional staff to attend to any issue related to the OSD approval process and are pleased to offer you a discounted rate until we overcome the present situation prevailing in the country.

Northwater Consultants started the business in Colombo
from humble beginnings in 2003. Having established the business in the field of water and wastewater management
in Sri Lanka and Maldives, we started studying the
involvement of market behaviours in the water industry in Australia and New Zealand beginning from 2017.
Northwater Consultants is now in operation in Australia and New Zealand with a specific focus on the water industry.
